Photography is a very interesting process. jprphotos allows me expression of all the things I feel in a way that represents me. It is an expression that sometimes only serves my needs and that is OK. I can only reveal what I see and how I see it sometimes in color and sometimes in black and white. I did a lot of ambulance chasing in my beginning days, trying harder and harder to get those images in print, which I did. I have several thousand stock photos adding more each day. I use Nikon® and Leica® cameras and I have been working with 35mm since 1972. My mother bought me my first 35mm camera with an interchangeable lens. I find 35mm easy to carry and be ready.

I use digital 90% of the time but still enjoy using a film camera from time to time especially my Leica IIIF. I have recently fallen in love with Leica DLUX 4. Repeatedly I hear from people who say I wish I could do that. You can, it just involves doing it. I give up a lot of TV for Radio. I have to be out and around taking photos. I need to be where the action is and where people are doing things. People who know me just take it for granted that I have a camera. Please send me any comments you would care to make.
